During the three-year apprenticeship, you will get to know the day-to-day work in a modern management consultancy that works on relevant and exciting topics for the future. At the same time, you will be taught all the important theoretical content at vocational school.

                For our Business Center in Bochum, we need a friendly and communicative customer service representative in inbound telephony in part-time or full-time (20 to 38 hours per week) in a timely manner.

                As a customer service representative in inbound telephony, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and advising customers and prospects regarding individual questions and concerns.
