Apprenticeship

Graduation in the bag and now what? How about an apprenticeship with us to build a solid foundation for your future career?

During the three-year apprenticeship, you will get to know the day-to-day work in a modern management consultancy that works on relevant and exciting topics for the future. At the same time, you will be taught all the important theoretical content at vocational school.

Whether as an office communications clerk in our front and back offices or as a dialog marketing clerk in our business center, you will be an important support for the professionals from all departments.

During the entire training period, our experienced instructors will of course be there to help and advise you. You should know that: We train for the future and also plan beyond the training period.

Management assistant for dialog marketing

Apprenticeship as a management assistant in dialog marketing

Business people in dialog marketing plan and organize projects in business centers for various customers from industry, trade or services. Depending on the type of business center, the focus can be on inbound calls as well as on actively contacting customers and interested parties (outbound).

Your tasks

  • Participation in the planning and implementation of business center projects
  • Project management/controlling
  • Prepare and maintain data
  • Select personnel and plan personnel assignments
  • Organize and conduct training

  • A very good linguistic expression

The study period is the perfect time for students to gain valuable practical experience through an internship or a working student activity in order to pave the way for their future career. BRCG offers you the opportunity to gain diverse insights into the daily work of a modern management consultancy that works on exciting and future-relevant topics. This has nothing to do with making coffee or boring errands, here you will work closely with our team leaders from day one as a full-fledged team member and support them in ongoing projects. Working student Presales / Business Development

In your entry-level position in our in-house business center, you will support us in qualifying customers and prospects as part of the execution of challenging sales-related projects.

Your tasks

  • Qualification of interlocutors
  • Conducting qualification meetings in the B2B area, presentation of products and solutions of our partners (no direct sales on the phone!), correspondence and dispatch of material
  • Acquisition and preparation of sales appointments
  • Maintenance responsibility for the CRM system

Requirements profile

This position is aimed at students of all disciplines! We also welcome students from the field of finance and investments, as we work on projects specifically in this area.

Telephone customer service full/part time

For our location in Bochum, Germany, we are looking for a friendly and communicative telephone customer service representative to work part-time or full-time (20 to 38 hours per week) as soon as possible.

As a Telephone Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and assisting us with customer and prospect service as well as handling individual customer concerns.

 

Your tasks

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers
  • Answering questions and handling individual customer concerns
  • Coordination and management of deadlines
  • Support with administrative activities
  • Mediation of the interlocutors to responsible colleagues

Working hours

Occupancy hours within Inbound Telephony are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Examples of distribution of hours:

  • For 20 hours part-time: daily from 8:00 to 12:00 or 13:30 to 17:30 (Mon.-Fri.)
  • Alternatively with 28 hours: daily from 10:00 to 16:00 (Mon.-Fri.)
