During the three-year apprenticeship, you will get to know the day-to-day work in a modern management consultancy that works on relevant and exciting topics for the future. At the same time, you will be taught all the important theoretical content at vocational school.

Whether as an office management clerk in our front and back offices or as a dialog marketing clerk in our business center, you will be an important support for the professionals from all departments.

The study period is the perfect time for students to gain valuable practical experience through an internship or a working student activity in order to pave the way for their future career. BRCG offers you the opportunity to gain diverse insights into the daily work of a modern management consultancy that works on exciting and future-relevant topics. In your entry-level position in our in-house business center, you will support us in qualifying customers and prospects as part of the execution of challenging sales-related projects.

Your tasks

  • Qualification of interlocutors
